Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aruho CRM desktop application and the aruho.com website (the "Service"), operated by Red Flower Holdings Ltd. ("Aruho", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using Aruho, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aruho grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Aruho CRM desktop app on devices you own or control. Your license key activates the app for personal or business use by you or your organization, as purchased.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute the Aruho software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. You're responsible for the data you store and process inside Aruho.
3. Local-first data
Aruho is a local-first desktop CRM. Your sales data is stored on your own computer. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data folder. See our Data Backup Policy for guidance.
4. Updates
Basic updates are included with your one-time purchase. Major future versions may be offered separately.
5. Disclaimers
Aruho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruho's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months prior to the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
