End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Red Flower Holdings Ltd. ("Aruho") for the Aruho CRM desktop software ("Software").

1. License grant

Aruho grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, activated by your license key.

2. Restrictions

You may not (a) copy or redistribute the Software, (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by law, (c) rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software, or (d) share your license key publicly.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Aruho retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. Updates

Basic updates included with your purchase may be installed automatically or manually. Major future versions may require a separate license.

5. Termination

This EULA terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

6. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruho's liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
