1. Local-first by design

Aruho CRM is a local-first desktop application. Your leads, notes, follow-ups, and other CRM content are stored on your own computer. We do not collect, sync, or store your CRM content on our servers.

2. Information we collect

When you purchase Aruho, we collect billing details (handled by our payment processor) and your email address for delivery of your license key and download link. We may collect basic license validation requests and minimal diagnostic information if you opt in.

3. Marketing

We may email you about important product updates. You can opt out at any time.

4. Third parties

Payment processing is handled by our checkout provider. Their privacy practices apply to billing data they process on our behalf.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your customer record (email and license history) by emailing info@aruho.com. Your local CRM data is yours to manage and delete directly on your computer.
