Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of Aruho CRM. This policy explains how refunds work.

14-day refund window

If Aruho doesn't work for you, email info@aruho.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. We may ask a brief question to understand the issue so we can improve the product.

What's required

To request a refund, include your order email and order number. After a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated.

Exceptions

Refunds outside the 14-day window are reviewed case by case, particularly where a documented technical issue prevented use of the product.
